  • Batik paintings : And batik (mot javanais) is a fabric printing technique practiced in countries such as Burkina Faso, the Ivory Coast, and Togo, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, PInde, Maurice, Madagascar, and Sri Lanka, etc. Its origins go back a little over a thousand years, and this printing technique, using "savings", is found in several West African communities, from the Middle East and Asia.
